Kia ora koutou,
I hope that wherever you may be that you’re keeping safe and well and following the government’s advice to protect yourselves and your loved ones from COVID-19.
While it has been a sudden change in alert levels, we need to remember to look after one another and be patient as we rearrange the plans we had for this week.
Te Arawa Fisheries is taking this alert level change seriously and we want to share with you what we have in place to keep our customers, staff and communities safe.
When visiting our office, sign in forms, sanitiser and a QR code poster remains in place from level 1. Please note we have new restrictions for our office at 1204 Whakaue Street – the office will only be open to the public from 10am – 2pm, Monday to Friday to reduce face to face contact. Please ring the bell on arrival, sanitise and sign in.
When visiting our Fresh shops, we ask that you sign in via the contact tracing form or by scanning the QR code poster. Please also social distance from one another and refrain from eating inside or outside the store at this time.
Our Te Arawa Mahi transport continues with extra precautions in place including:
· Alternate seating for social distancing
· PPE equipment available
· Work bubbles for breaks and transport
· Same driver rostered on in the same van each day
· Cleaning of vans between each trip.
If you have any feedback, please reach out to us on 07 349 3227 or info@tearawafisheries.maori.nz
Ngā mihi nui,
